About us

We provide mediation services for our clients to assist in the purchasing and selling land for investment or development in addition to real estate services for houses and apartments.
We are members of Polish Federation of Real Estate and Warsaw association of Real Estate Agency and we therefore legally authorised to act on your behalf subject to contract.

Our offer

Our company was established in March 1992, firstly named as a Office for Promotion and Investment ‘UNIPEX' since 1995 till 2004 company named ‘URSYNOW' and we are now trading as ‘INVESTLAND'.

In addition the company also specialises in expropriating properties and lands which were seized by the Polish Government during the period of 1972 - 1985.

From 2007, our services are again expanded to offer the sale of flats, apartments and houses through our team of expert sales agents.

At ‘INVESTLAND' we specialise in the Warsaw area (like Mokotow, Wilanow I Ursynow)and surrounding suburbs; Konstancin-Jeziorna, Piaseczno.
